This morning I watched a a video on YouTube and thought it did a good job of putting the current state of the world into perspective. I’m not trying to minimise the injustices that exist because they are real and need to be addressed. I do feel that as bad as it feels right now it’s nothing new. We as a race we will repeat the mistakes of the past just with an new coat of paint on it.

I’ve watched the vlogbrothers since they started. I haven’t agreed with everything they’ve said and done but I do believe they are good people trying to make the world a better place, and I think we need more people like that right about now.

So I came across this in my feed reading today and thought it was worth sharing. Which meant I had to add a shortcode to Hugo for YouTube embeds.
