I Managed to do some work on the SSG, nothing to show yet but the thing I kept putting off is started 🙋
Retook the 8values political quiz to see if I've changed, and it seems I might be getting... better?
I've got the results for last year and this year on My About page.
Open AI started crying because the Chinese plagiarism machine copied the US plagiarism machines.

Sooo... They scraped all the same websites as OpenAI?
Ever since I got rid of PHP I've had more requests for PHP files that don't exist than requests for pages that do. But it's finally turned a corner and it's all because of you, thank you. 🤗

Today I'm a happy blogger, and by that I mean that the number of script kiddy requests resulting in a 404 has finally been surpassed by requests by site scrappers and a real person. #blogging
I started working on my SSG and I thought that it would be a good opportunity to try using JetBrains Rider, I still don't like it but I'll give it a fair try.

I seem to have caved in to the demands of my Lead developer in work.
I'm actually trying Rider at home... I don't hold out much hope that this will stick, but I can say I tried.

I gave up on watching the Alien films and started rewatching the Harry Potter films instead:-
We watched Back in Action (2025) a funny family action spy film.
We watched FuriousFuriosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024) and all through it, I had to keep explaining to Wife that it was a prequel, so obviously we then had to watch Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) straight after to remind her. About half way through she was like "Ooh! This make so much more sense now."🤦♂️
Wife mocked me for watching Orion and the Dark but I thought it was fun and an interesting way to tell a story.
Still working my way through Smallville - Season 5 (2005)
New Death in Paradise - Season 14 (2025), YAY!
Metal Pick Kill ’Em All by Metallica though I was a little taken aback to realise it was released back in 1983!
Non-Metal Pick the far newer Off the Deep End by “Weird Al” Yankovic from the thoroughly modern year of 1992!
God I'm old.
But until next time, Stay Lucky.
